Good Deals + Beyond Good Business: Co-creating a Social Investment Fund for Diverse Founders

Arti Bareja, responsible for Early Growth Venture, Sales & Distribution at ClearlySo joins the line up for GDGB Session on 'A Social Investment Fund for Diverse Founders'

Pioneers Post and Hatch Enterprise, the organisations behind the Good Deals + Beyond Good Business conferences are back for a second year.

The day will explore how creative solutions can be used for positive change and how they can help us tackle some of the world’s biggest challenges. Topics covered include purposeful capitalism, supporting the social investment journey, creativity and the new impact economy, putting the social sector first and looking after our social entrepreneurs.

ClearlySo’s Arti Bareja, Early Growth Ventures, Sales and Distributions expert will be moderating a panel discussion on ‘Co-creating a social investment fund for diverse entrepreneurs’. The aim of the session is to understand the social finance and support needs of entrepreneurs from diverse communities better. We are coming together to design an investment fund that is tailored to suit diverse communities. What could such a that fund look like? Should it invest using specific criteria or be open to respond to market needs? Join us to explore this together with funders, investors, community organisations and change makers. Bareja will be joined by Marla Shapiro (investHER), Ceri Goddard (Darrington) and Aman Johal (Big Society Capital).
