ClearlySo Gender Equality Statement

ClearlySo is an equal opportunities employer and a member of the Women in Finance Charter, taking the on-going gender balance of the team in to consideration for all recruitment decisions.

When we signed up to the Charter in September 2017 we had 25% female representation in senior management. As of September 2020, we have 40% female representation. Which means we have we have exceeded our Charter target of 30% by our deadline. In the last 12 months, 100% of our new hires were women.  This increases the number of women in the pool of potential candidates for promotion to senior management.

Compensation of all staff is reviewed on an annual basis to uncover any systematic bias. This is conducted by the CEO and one female senior staff member. Should our CEO be a women, a man would provide the review support function.
