ClearlySo Gender Equality Statement
ClearlySo is an equal opportunities employer, taking the on-going gender balance of the team in to consideration for all recruitment decisions. At this time we do not set targets against this process for any area of the business, but actively monitor and review our position. Currently 4 of our 17 staff are women, and we aim to have women in 30% of senior management positions by 01/2021.
ClearlySo actively seeks to ensure we have a diverse non-executive board; 2 of 6 are women. Compensation of all staff is reviewed on an annual basis to uncover any systematic bias. This is conducted by the CEO and one female senior staff member. Should our CEO be a women, a man would provide the review support function.
