At Teach First, we work in partnership with schools and other organisations to end inequality in education by building a community of exceptional leaders who create change within classrooms, schools and across society.
We’re looking for a strong influencer to shape the strategy and delivery of our national approach to network management and community engagement. This is an exciting new position, with significant strategic importance for achieving our vision - and we’re looking for someone exceptional to do it.
Working through our community of teachers and leaders, in partnership with people and organisations, you’ll support Teach First to deliver a successful network management and community engagement approach in each of its regions and coordinate organisation-wide network management strategies that adhere to a strong set of relationship management principles.
This is a new department, so you’ll need to be able to balance the dynamic and developing activities the role requires, whilst shaping the role as it grows. With experience in the practical application of network management theory, alumni or membership management and influencing change across an organisation, you will be able to inspire people around a strong vision, build and develop a high performing team and achieve results in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
