Roots and Shoots provides vocational training for young people from the inner city, mainly from the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark.

They aim to give young people the skills and self-confidence that will equip them for work. Roots and Shoots also involve local schools and wider community by establishing its site as a green space for urban biodiversity and environmental education.
