This is a 300-acre family-run organic dairy farm in Boscastle, Cornwall. Ice-cream, crème fraiche, smoothies, yoghurts and cream are made from the milk produced by a herd of pedigree Ayrshire cows.
First Milk Ltd is a farmer-owned dairy business which aims to deliver long-term, sustainable returns for its 2500 producers.
