What do they do?
They run courses and events inspired by the philosophy of the original River Cottage, ranging from a night's dining and entertainment, through to courses in foraging, curing, gardening, and more.
How are they social?
They aim to be a 'more than profit' organisation. They re-invest much of our income in developing the base of their activities. They are ready to hold back from business that conflicts with their commitment to ethical business practice.
