What do they do?
Watch Us Grow provides an environment in which adults with mental health problems can develop new skills, confidence and self esteem. They grow vegetables, herbs and plants which can then be sold.
How are they social?
Having now expanded into selling recycled baby goods and nursery equipment as well as organic vegetables, Watch Us Grow combines an eco friendly ethos with social responsibility, developing self esteem and new skills in the volunteers.
