Its history

Rathbone Greenbank Investment, a department of Rathbone Investment Management, was set up in 1992.  Based in Bristol, the aim was to provide dedicated advice on ethical investing. Rathbone Brothers, the parent listed company, was founded in 1742.  Its investment management arm is a private limited company, registered with Companies House in 1979 and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
